Supply Chain

Technology refers to the tools, techniques, and systems that are created by humans to solve problems and improve their lives. It encompasses a wide range of areas, including information technology, engineering, medicine, energy, transportation, communication, and many others. .Technology has had a profound impact on human society and has transformed the way we live, work, and interact with each other.

A supply chain is a network of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in the creation and delivery of a product or service to the end customer. It starts with the sourcing of raw materials and components and ends with the delivery of the finished product to the customer.

The supply chain includes various activities such as procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, transportation, and distribution. These activities are interconnected and interdependent, and any disruption in one activity can impact the entire supply chain.

Effective supply chain management is critical for the success of a business, as it can lead to cost savings, improved efficiency, better customer service, and increased competitiveness. It involves strategic planning, coordination, collaboration, and communication among all stakeholders in the supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers.

Chatbot

We developed an AI-based Android chatbot to address a persistent problem faced by one of the biggest Hindi publishers, which was providing real-time inventory information to their field sales teams, distributors, and internal departments located in different cities. By leveraging Natural Language Processing technology and ensuring data security, the chatbot enables users to quickly and easily access the required information without any hassle. The chatbot was capable of retrieving data from multiple sources in the backend and presenting it in a single output format, which greatly improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time for the field sales team.

Shipment Container

Through close collaboration with a Jordan-based company that specializes in FMCG distribution, we identified and resolved a specific issue that was negatively affecting their business. Our team developed a solution that optimized the utilization of shipping container space, taking into account the delivery schedule and ready orders. As a result, our client achieved improved efficiency, reduced manual labor, lower costs, and minimized wastage of space.

ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)

Data plays a critical role in enhancing processes and performance, but upgrading to a next-generation reporting engine while still relying on legacy systems can present significant challenges. To address this issue, we developed an ETL (extract, transform, load) tool capable of sourcing data from various systems, transforming it into the desired format, and feeding it into the new reporting engine. Our solution effectively bridged the gap between outdated and modern technologies, enabling our client to leverage the benefits of new reporting capabilities without overhauling their existing stable systems. As a result, our project unlocked a world of possibilities for our client.
